SHOCKER. I’m still in Rhode Island. I’m leaving tonight though so don’t be too concerned. New York is still my current home. Yesterday Brett and I journeyed (yes, I’m using that verb because in Rhode Island crossing two bridges is an actual day trip) to Newport.
OK guys… so here’s the deal on my life these past couple of weeks that I have been MIA:
I know I say it far too often but this whole New York City thing is kind of eating me up and swallowing me whole. I mean, seriously. This place is a jungle and it is hard to keep up with the pace! I thought I was decently young and in shape but sheesh!
So, I’ve had this jumper since the beginning of the summer and have been trying to find a time to wear it and decided that the look it gives off is very laid back. With the torn edges and baggy fit, it needed to be worn on a day that I could throw on some cute sneakers and do something low key. Today, Brett and I had the day off which means a day full of exploring.
Looking through all of these photos makes me miss it so much. I am so glad I was able to venture off of the resort and experience the authentic aspects to the country. Zip-lining was one of the craziest things I’ve ever experienced.
Due to the lack of speed the internet had at this resort, I will be posting all the pics from our trip to Jamaica now that I’m home! Brett and I stayed at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort in Montego Bay for the past week.
